We want your piece to arrive exactly as you expect.
If your piece arrives damaged or with a print defect
Message us on WhatsApp (+971 50 914 7566) or Instagram (@s.3d.ae) with your order number and a clear photo of the defect. We will reprint or replace the defective part free of charge.
What we can’t take back
- Every piece is printed to order in your chosen colour, so orders can’t be returned or cancelled once payment is made.
- We don’t accept returns or exchanges for pieces that have no defect — including change of mind, or a colour that looks slightly different on screen.
- Replacement covers the defective part only, not the whole order or set.
How it works
Send the photo, we confirm the defect with you, and the replacement part goes into the next print run. It reaches you within our usual 7–10 days.
