Shipping policy — S.3d.ae (TAKWEEN E-TRADING)

• Where we deliver: website orders within the UAE. Ordering from Saudi Arabia, Qatar or elsewhere in the Gulf? Send us your order on WhatsApp and we'll send you the invoice with delivery.

• Delivery fee: a flat AED 30 per order. There is no free-delivery threshold and no express option.

• Delivery time: 7 to 10 days from order, including printing, finishing and delivery. Custom colours and custom designs start once the details are confirmed with you on WhatsApp or Instagram.

• Order updates: we do not provide a courier tracking link. We update you on WhatsApp at each stage: Printing, Ready to ship, Shipped, Delivered.

• Payment: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. No cash on delivery.
