Refund policy

Returns & refunds — S.3d.ae (TAKWEEN E-TRADING)

All our pieces are 3D-printed to order in the colour you choose. Because of this:

• Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once payment has been made.

• We do not accept returns for items without a manufacturing defect, including change of mind or small colour differences between your screen and the printed piece.

Defective or damaged items

If a piece arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us on WhatsApp (+971 50 914 7566) or Instagram (@s.3d.ae) with your order number and a photo of the defect. After we confirm the defect we will reprint or replace the defective part at no cost. Replacement is limited to the defective part, not the complete order or set. Where a replacement is not possible, we will refund the price of the defective part to your original payment method.

Returns and replacements are handled through WhatsApp and Instagram only.
